Content Guidelines
  • Your content must be valuable for the direct mail marketing and printing audience. This means NO topics for email marketing, digital marketing, or media business are accepted.
  • Support your ideas with stats, charts, and numbers from your experience OR link to the trusted original source.
  • Avoid plagiarism and add the links to the original sources when referencing some facts. Plagiarized content will be rejected immediately.
  • Do a grammar and spelling check for your final drafts.
  • No more than one link to your company's website in the body of the guest post.
  • Include up to 3 external links to the trusted resources that add additional value to the reader.

Who’s Mailing What! reserves the right to modify your material by including calls-to-action to WMW! content including but not limited to eBooks and other downloadable content.

Technical Requirements
  • Write your post with Google Docs or Microsoft Word. This is the easiest way for us to convert your content into a WordPress post
  • Aim at a 1,000 - 1,800 word range. Instead of trying to hit a specific word count, focus on clear, in-depth explanations
  • Stick to H2 and H3 subheader levels. This helps keep formatting clear and simple.
  • Follow general best practices for web writing. Concise sentences and brief paragraphs (not longer than 5 lines) work best.

What We Won't Accept

There are some things we simply can't accept:

  • Anything that's been covered on our Newsletter before. Please do a search of our site before submitting your articles.
  • Low-quality content construed as a link-building scheme.
  • Anything that's too promotional for your company or organization.
  • Anything that's overly critical of individuals or companies — this is not a site to air grievances.
